Time to start cooking dinner. Tonight it is bison steak. I've never had bison before (I don't think they exist in Japan...)

  1. Greg had a buffalo burger at a restaurant last week.
    He liked it.

    There's a buffalo farm out near where Sue's sister lives.

    Guess it's pretty popular. You can get it at the supermarket.

    Enjoy dinner... i'm off to SIT ON MY DECK for a smoke and ANOTHER rum and cider.

    Pity the fool wh steps to me...

  2. They sell it at the commissary sometimes, but it always says "Previously frozen, do not refreeze!" so I'm a little leery of using theirs.

    I've ahd it before tho - taaaasty.
