Here I have backed up all of the blogs I wrote on Multiply, over the years. They are old, and apparently the images do not get imported, but it was worth a try. Currently I cannot seem to see any posts, but in the Dashboard it says I have over 1200 posts imported here. It may take a while to get this working.

I'm at the station near the lake. It's cool! It-s wonderful @ 13C! I'm still in a t-shirt and the natives think I'm insane (and white). All of the tourist stuff talks about the beauty of the lake but not a peep about the fact that pollution in 1940 killed it and wiped out a rare species of fish.
Next for a 70 minute bus ride through winding mountains to the onsen (gonna take some motionsickness stuff).

*laughs Maybe you'll actually be a bit chilly for the weekend and need to drink something warm - NOT lake water! ;o)
