Toss in 76% humidity, & suddenly we're talking "feels like" 48C/118F! No wonder people die here! And THAT is why wearing business attire in a 30C/86F office with 75% humidity we're all drenched in sweat: 42C/108F!

Let me put in a typical Fukui Summer day and see what happens (no exaggeration here). In Fukui the humidity does NOT go down when it gets hot, which is why it feels SO MUCH HOTTER there.

38C/100F + 85% humidity (no shit!) = "feels like" 63C or 145F. How's that for livin' da sweaty life.
