Here I have backed up all of the blogs I wrote on Multiply, over the years. They are old, and apparently the images do not get imported, but it was worth a try. Currently I cannot seem to see any posts, but in the Dashboard it says I have over 1200 posts imported here. It may take a while to get this working.

Only fitting, since your image is gone too.
ReplyDeleteI'm suffering a terrible loss of image!
ReplyDeleteWhat browser and version? And where does it happen exactly (what page or all pages)?
ReplyDeleteNice. *raise eye brows*
ReplyDeleteLinda - IE 8.0.6001.whatever. Just started yesterday. Right now on this page for example there are no tabs up top. In fact on every tab I have opened in IE now (multiple tabbing on multiply pages I need to look at), none of them have the three tabs. However, if I hit F5 and refresh the page, they will appear. Not a major hassle because I know how to deal with it, but just interesting to note that it started as of yesterday.
ReplyDeleteAfter posting this, going to clear my cache on the browser and in XP and see what happens.
Rachel - Thank you for complimenting my beautiful eyebrows. I love you too.
Yes, cleaning cache may very well fix this.
ReplyDeleteBLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa BlAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAa ( my imput on the Geek talk)
ReplyDeletehttp://ccleaner.com
ReplyDeletelol
Is that forward slash or back slash??????????????????
ReplyDeleteIt is "hack and slash".
ReplyDeleteCache cleaned on both browser and system. Three Blind Tabs missing on all three open tabs I have here.
Interesting. I'll try your ccleaner next and see what happens, Linda.
OK, CCCleaner cleaned system out again (basically does the same thing I have figured out how to do manually). But the tabs are not here. So.... I wonder what that means.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, if I hit refresh on this page they show up.
Very very interesting.
F5 hit, page refreshed, tabs reappeared.
ReplyDeleteSlipped to a different tab, returned to this tab, and the 3tabs on the multiply bar at top are gone again.
Very interesting...
THAT'S strange. Check your IE settings to see if something might be blocking this though not sure what in there it would be. I'm more skilled with FF and it's easier. Also check to see if your security software is blocking something here. Some security software has had to be reconfigured but it's usually related to inbox content.
ReplyDeleteYeah...I'm sure it's something. It's just a phenomenon that has popped up over the past two days.
ReplyDeleteLike right now.. the multiply tabs are there. But I'm guessing if I right click and open new ie tab for.... "posted by me" there will be no multiply tabs. And when I come back to this window, the multiply tabs will have disappeared. Let's test......
right clicking.....
Bingo. That new tab had no multiply tabs. And now this tab has no multiply tabs.
I'm sure that some update with some software or platform at some time will resolve this burp so I'm not particularly worried. I hit F5 all the time to reload my pages rather than use the mouse to click somewhere. it's faster.
Thanks, Linda.
Yes very interesting *smile*
ReplyDeletesmartass!
ReplyDeleteI love you!
i think it's a Multiply problem. There's starting to be comments of trouble from others.
ReplyDeleteINCLUDING my jumping problem....
ReplyDeleteSee... i'm not going crazy.
Hmmm.... yes, perhaps their latest upgrade has some bugs. Otherwise why would those MultiplyTabs keep disappearing on me, right?
ReplyDeleteVINDICATION!
ReplyDeleteTrue vindication comes from within. Only you can truly forgive yourself....
ReplyDeleteI never blamed myself... i KNEW it wasn't my computer.
ReplyDeleteMY cache cleans itself each time i close my browser.
It was all you PC people reveling in the presumed malfunction of my Mac...
Hmph!!!
IN IE 8, go up to the tools up top and put yourself in compatibility mode (or turn it off) . See if that makes a difference.
ReplyDeletewhy fix it if it aint broke i miss the simplicity of 360, heck i miss real letters! lol rant over love to you allx
ReplyDelete~I was here~
ReplyDeleteIE is for wimps and communists. Firefox is free for the masses and easy to use. Wait, that means Firefox is for wimps and communists. Never mind. Comrades.
ReplyDeleteMatt... Firefox AND Safari have the same problem.
ReplyDeleteIt's a Multiply thang.
People are starting to complain in record numbers of all kind of similar problems... is that an oxymoron?
ReplyDeleteanyway there's trouble afoot on Multiply.
I commented on the Multiply blog asking what's up... didn't know where elese to address it.
I should hope someone is aware and working on it.
thanks Cam
ReplyDeleteI have a very smart brain and a very nice ass
