Here I have backed up all of the blogs I wrote on Multiply, over the years. They are old, and apparently the images do not get imported, but it was worth a try. Currently I cannot seem to see any posts, but in the Dashboard it says I have over 1200 posts imported here. It may take a while to get this working.

Quake Update: I have heard from several sources today that starting tomorrow the cities will be commencing with planned power outages in order to shunt some of the energy to the north. Now if only the pachinkos that burn up $24,000 PER DAY were to shut down or go to half power we might get some real energy flowing north!

Apart from that, how's everything with you, Cam?
ReplyDeleteI'm OK, Steve. Still kind of shaken, and not quite feeling as safe as I did on Thursday. I can well imagine what kind of PTSD everyone up north is going to feel if I, and the two guys I interviewed tonight (see my latest YouTube) feel as I do, after only experiencing a very very bad shake!
ReplyDeleteshaken not stirred ;)

What's a pachinko ?
ReplyDeletethink casino...
ReplyDeleteIt's sort of like pinball... bright, noisy, and addictive... and i guess played for money over there.
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine had two smallish ( i guess portable) ones ages ago when i lived upstate.
Wonder if he still has them.
Oh yeah, I remember those too. Just didn't know the name was also used as a term for a casino.
ReplyDeleteGiant buildings with TONS of .... think of Vegas with giant slot machines that you put ballbearings in and try to collect points, and more ballbearings.
ReplyDeleteTurn off all the karaoke machines too and you'll have enough energy for everyone.
